We can still feel the vibrant echo of those intense days, a total immersion into the beating heart of the global design scene. The Salbini Experience transformed into a thrilling journey, a unique opportunity to get a real feel for the passion and innovation of our incredible partners. Walking side by side with you through the wonders of the Salone del Mobile and the effervescent installations of the Fuorisalone was a privilege, an experience that has strengthened the bond between us even further. Let’s relive these magical moments together, brand by brand, discovery by discovery.

Boca Do Lobo: Enchanting Sculpture and Luxury

At the Salone del Mobile, the Boca Do Lobo stand was a veritable treasure trove of wonders. We were utterly captivated by the sculptural majesty of their new Diamond Pyrite XL sideboard and the imposing elegance of the Diamond dining table, both illuminated by the warm and embracing light of the Hera lamps. The sinuous curved sofas and iconic Imperfectio armchairs welcomed us into an embrace of sophisticated design, while the Quarry Centre table, with its Portoro marble top, embodied the very essence of contemporary opulence. Special praise must go to their Millionaire Luxury Safe collection, a true ode to bespoke luxury, where art, craftsmanship, and refinement merge into unique and customisable creations.

Vispring: A Dream of Crafted Comfort We Experienced First-Hand

Among the exceptional pieces we had the pleasure of testing at the Salone Del Mobile, a unique sensory experience was offered by the luxurious, handcrafted beds from Vispring. Immersing ourselves in the enveloping softness of their mattresses was like entering a realm of pure well-being. Each Vispring bed is a masterpiece of craftsmanship, made with the highest quality natural materials, from the finest wools to the softest cottons, right down to the hand-nested pocket springs that adapt perfectly to every curve of the body.

Ghidini 1961: The New Era of International Design

Ghidini 1961’s cross-cutting approach truly won us over. In the exhibition space, conceived as a modern Domus by Lucia Valzelli, we admired the creations designed by major names in international design. Each piece expressed character and authenticity thanks to an incessant search for style and materials. We were thrilled by the revisiting of some best-sellers with new finishes and the bold, yet always elegant, introduction of colour.

Rugiano: The Essence of Made in Italy Between Craftsmanship and Technology

In the Rugiano stand, we breathed in the authentic air of “Made in Italy”. The new collections for the bedroom and living areas presented at the Salone del Mobile were a perfect marriage of artisanal expertise and the most modern technologies. The original use of noble materials and the refined details gifted us with an unexpected charm. Every Rugiano product is an exaltation of style and exclusivity.

Ceppi: A Harmony of Senses Between Elegance and Exotic Charm

The atmosphere that permeated the Ceppi space was an invitation to the senses. Soft textures, warm and natural tones merged with a touch of exoticism, creating an enveloping experience. Pieces like the Violet console table stood out for their uniqueness. The Belem armchair was the perfect synthesis of elegance and comfort, a true homage to the brand’s exquisite craftsmanship.

Formitalia: When Design Meets Pop Iconography

Formitalia surprised us with its bold and innovative new collection dedicated to the Joker! The Joker Collection is much more than just furniture; it’s rebellion and visionary design. And what a pleasure it was to rediscover the Wayne Enterprises Home Collection, enriched with new pieces and a renewed vision.

Didi Collection: The Excellence of Florentine Craftsmanship

On the upper floor of the Formitalia stand, we discovered the refined world of Didi Collection. Each accessory on display was an ode to the excellence of Florentine craftsmanship, made with precious materials and sophisticated techniques. The delicacy of the crystal, the mastery of the bronzes, and the beauty of the precious stones and marbles left us breathless.

Vismara: A Multi-Sensory Journey Between Lightness and Design

Entering the Vismara stand was like embarking on a multi-sensory journey. Among the most exciting new pieces, we admired Flume, the elegant shuffleboard table, Nido, the innovative darts cabinet, and Sharpei, the supremely comfortable reclining swivel armchair. And what about the exclusive cinema room, a true temple of sensory design and technological excellence!

Exteta: New Visions for Luxury Outdoor Living

The 2025 edition of the Salone del Mobile marked a new chapter for Exteta. In the exhibition space, we were able to appreciate their exclusive and timeless vision of outdoor design, along with their beautiful new pieces. We were particularly struck by the exclusive collection in collaboration with Riva for luxury yachts and the evolution of their well-established partnership with Loro Piana Interiors.

MisuraEmme: Between Tradition and Innovation, the Evolution of Design

MisuraEmme led us on a journey that skilfully blends tradition and innovation. We admired the evolution of their day and night systems, enriched with new elements of integration and the re-edition of historical pieces. Every detail reflected a history of great design and continuous design research.

Living Divani: An Ode to the Art of Living with Elegance and Functionality

Living Divani’s 2025 collection is a true journey between aesthetics and functionality. The new collaborations, the introduction of unprecedented and sustainable materials, and the expansion of product categories offer versatile and dynamic solutions. Each element tells a story of beauty, quality, and research, celebrating the art of living in great style.

Visionnaire: An Emotional Journey Through Past, Present, and Future

Visionnaire’s presence at the Salone del Mobile was, as always, an immersive experience. The large modular divider symbolised the passage between past and future. The greatest thrill was participating in the exclusive Wonder Room event at the renovated flagship store in Milan. The space is a metaphor for rebirth and transformation, an inner sanctuary of beauty and enlightenment.

Atlas Concorde: The Ceramic Ecosystem That Inspires Contemporary Design

The Atlas Concorde stand was the perfect representation of an integrated ecosystem of ceramic surfaces, furnishings, and materials that redefine contemporary interior design. The spaces designed by Piero Lissoni brought to life a coherent and immersive narrative.

Riva 1920: The Authenticity of Solid Wood That Defies Time

At their Building, Riva 1920 shone a spotlight on the authenticity of materials. The new Rewood Collection offers the brand’s quality and excellence to a wider audience. We also admired the prestigious collaborations with Ronald Sasson and Aldo Coppola.

Ferroluce: A New Light of Creativity and Design

Ferroluce debuted at Euroluce with a fresh visual identity, bringing with it an explosion of novelty and creativity. The DECò collection was enriched with new lines, and the new series presented surprising shapes and contemporary colour palettes.

Wiener GTV Design: The Timeless Charm of Bentwood Design

Among the new pieces from Gebrüder Thonet Vienna, we admired the Boomerang desk, an iconic design created in 2001 by Enzo Mari. Its essential and functional design reflects the designer’s masterful approach.

Illulian: Rugs That Are True Works of Art

Illulian’s rugs are always a feast for the eyes. Crafted with the highest quality artisanal techniques, they are genuine works of art. At the Salone, we discovered the prestigious collaborations. And for the Fuorisalone, we had the pleasure of admiring the collaboration with Boca Do Lobo right in their showroom.

But it didn’t end there: we then moved to Maranello for a tour of the Ferrari Museum. Here, we had an extraordinary experience, being able to admire not only Ferrari’s iconic cars but also trophies, Formula One cars, engines, and other breathtaking design gems.

Once again we have combined the passion for our work with friendship, as we like to do… as we like to be! The 61st edition of Salone del Mobile.Milano and Milan Design Week 2023 were amazing!

Thanks to our clients, partners and managers for having lived these intense and exclusive days together.

Thanks to our suppliers for welcoming us with kindness and professionalism.

Visits to the exhibitors, definition of the projects, details of the orders and the splendid conclusion at Lake Como… what a beautiful experience!

People

Our Italian team consisted of managers Filippo Salbini, Maria Giordano and Antonio Pepe.

With them also our Expert in Joinery Modularity Roberta Apuleo.

Our manager Scott Wilson has joined us from Australia.

Our Malaysian partner Steven Leong was in Italy with his collaborators.

Our American partner Tom Landry II joined us from the USA with his trusted collaborator Miriam Padberg Owens.

Joining our team were also some leading international interior designers and architects with whom we collaborate with enthusiasm and also some Australian clients who have chosen the last details for some ongoing residential projects.

We worked on some projects closely with our clients and direct suppliers, while our partners and collaborators took care of the selection and details for some supplies in Asia, Australia and North America.

At Salone del Mobile.Milano we experienced first-hand the latest news from the best furniture manufacturers. At Euroluce area we have dedicated ourselves to lighting.

We have further strengthened relationships with some manufacturers and established new relationships with some important Italian and European brands.

In the evening, however, we took part in exclusive events organized by our trusted suppliers in Milan.

Our job is beautiful, because it allows us to have relationships based on sincere esteem, mutual trust and solid friendships.
